Located on Lake Conroe. I would rate this park as FAIR. Gravel roads and sites which they keep graded and level. Quite a few permanent residents and some of the older RVs are not maintained. Not gated, but we had no security issues while here. Very nice staff. Reasonable rates. We stayed here 2 months. $300.00 per month, plus electricity. This was an interior site, not waterfront.
A few sites on main lake, several sites on small canals running off lake.
Lake is about 2-3 ft below normal due to long drought and continuing work on the dam.
Free Wifi. Works ok for email and web surfing, not secure, could not stream movies.
